Bought it as a grade B, expected not perfect but should have been a grade C with the amount of scratches. But the phone works fine and I appreciate the reply

I made a purchase and was charged for it and then I got an email a few days later to say you didn't have the product and I would receive a refund but I never did. Purchase was made on the 17th of April.
