I ordered a Wii resort game, which showed that it was in stock. A few days later my money was refunded without any notification to say why it was being refunded. It is still showing up in stock and also in stock in stores around the country. Very unsatisfactory
Ordered on line every game has a delivery charge one delivery charge should be enough when you are buying a few. Then I got an email saying it was dispatched. Then got another later saying the order was cancelled no other explanation and I’m still waiting on my money back.
The initial online purchase experience wasn't great! My phone arrived, it would charge, but wouldn't turn on. I took the phone into a CEX shop, in Wexford. They ran a diagnostic on it and yes, it was screwed. They started the refund process immediately (I got it after 36hrs). Because my experience with the shop staff was a good one, I decided to buy a phone in the shop and not be put off by the online experience.Thanks guys.
