I ordered black headphones as displayed in the photograph advertising them, When they arrived they were smaller then the photo a different color and very dusty. When I brought it back to refund it they said it’s a stock photo so I got what I ordered, False Advertising Shocking.👎
Ordered a SNES over three weeks ago. They sent me a N64 (but somehow included SNES controllers). I had to go in store with the n64 to return it. I was given a voucher and ordered another SNES online. Despite having stock in several stores they canceled my order as the sourcing store didn't have it in stock. Customer Support then requested one be issued to my local store. I picked it up and brought it home, but it wasn't working. I have returned the SNES in store and asked for a full refund. When I advised customer support that the console was not working they didn't even apologise, they just told me how to return it. I have now logged a complaint. Customer Support have been helpful, but that does not change the fact that this is possibly the worst service I've ever received from a company.
