Ordered 5 items on the website but when the order dispatched only 2 of them could be delivered. Wrote in twice asking for a refund and still haven't received anything back after almost a month.The items were obviously in stock when I placed the order but when it went to be dispatched they couldn't source over half the items ordered.At every point in the transaction I was shown shipping per item instead of a flat shipping rate as well so I was also charged shipping for items they never even packed.I originally complained and got an automated response via email saying I'd get a refund in 10 business days but that hasn't happened, and I haven't heard anything since the second complaint either.
We had been looking for a new phone, specifically for social media content. Once we knew what phone we were looking for, it was a matter of deciding where to get it. Cex made it easy with their grading and short descriptions. The phone arrived quickly, and was as expected. We will certainly use the site again.
