The mini nest I bought arrived with a relatively large red stain on it. I know it’s a refurbished product but I would have thought this would be mentioned in condition if anything other than like new. Anyway it’s fine, I got the stain out but it does make me dubious for future purchases.
Bought a phone online but phone was dead as doornob when I received it, it wouldn't charge, I know it wasn't a state of art phone but wish store had checked the phone before sending it out, also disappointing to find cex wire instead of actual Samsung wire even though phone was classed as b... returned phone to store no problem and received quick refund.
I bought a stylus for my laptop. It didn't work. It was not a connectivity issue, but a power one. I put in new batteries and the power-on LED flickered orange for less than a second and that was the sum total of the devices functionality. The tip was also damaged. I cut my losses and bought one elsewhere which worked instantly
