I still have not received a simple response to my request i.e the sending of a current travel insurance card to myself and my daughter , Erica Hendy LångIs it really so difficult? We have both been paying premiums for many years so we really expected better service. Regards, Graham Hendy
Contact centre opening times are completely wrong firstly states urgent matters there is a 24/7 line, which is closed, and claims line are open Monday to Friday at 8am, but is not open till open 9am. Absolutely horrible when dealing with a injury that needs urgent care.
Just got off the phone with an insurance rep who told me that my travel insurance would not cover a piece of luggage that was stolen. After talking to her for over 15 minutes, she could not provide a satisfactory explanation as to how that decision was made–it ultimately boiled down to "because I said so." Apparently If makes decisions completely arbitrarily, not according to any sort of objective criteria, and then can't even argue or defend their decisions. Take your money elsewhere.
