A terrible experience with the Finnish insurance company IF Insurance.
After an accident, they spent two months reviewing the claim (Claim Number: 9024949). They didn't respond to my messages a month later. The situation was only resolved after I called the insurance company. A week later, I received a message stating that there was a decision on the claim in my personal account. However, when I opened the file on the website, the website reported that there was no such file. I was unable to view the decision. I then wrote another email explaining the problem, but received no response. Then I called them on the phone. The employee received my information, then turned off the microphone. I spent an HOUR listening to a robot who kept telling me to please wait. After an hour, I hung up, and the problem still hasn't been resolved. IF Insurance Finland is an incompetent organization, very slow and rude to its customers. If you don't want problems, choose a reputable insurance company.
Second part of the review (written after the response from the IF Insurance Finland employee):
The IF Insurance employee's response to my review confirms what I wrote above, namely, incompetence, inattention, lack of responsibility for their work, and a disregard for the client. IF Insurance Company – I'm repeating my request for the fourth time (read CAREFULLY and finally resolve this):
1. I know that a decision was made yesterday.
2. I received a message that the decision is available in my personal account on the IF Insurance Finland website.
3. When I click on the name of this decision in my personal account, the IF Insurance website returns an error: "Sorry, page not found! The page you are looking for may have been moved to another location or deleted." So, in my personal account, there is a "Decision" title, but the file itself is not there!
4. I've been waiting TWO months. Please FINALLY provide me with a decision on my insurance claim. I need it to go to court and the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau (complaint against IF Insurance).

Apparently, replies on reviews on that website in less than 48 hours, that's lame that they don't have the same standards with their customers. One week and half turnover. That's hell long. Especially to tell me to write them "in writing" for an appeal.And all of that for a case that they suddenly closed after lingering over 10 months, trying to pretend that an accident that I had was not an accident. You lost me as a personal client. And I'll try to have my company also shifting to another insurance company, depending on the final outcome.
My name is Muhammad Atif my tv got broken at home accident and asked for the compensation from customer care so they asked me the pictures and I have sent and than they told I must find out the money raseed otherwise nothing so they didn't give me nothing and I have just cancel my insurance next day and I told all my friends to stay away from if insurance and I will have to share my story at social media as well the worst insurance in Finland
I have multiple insurances for vehicles with If and they have been excellent in advising me on how to best manage these policies. They aren't looking to just milk me for cash and I feel like they value their customers. When it comes to motorcycle insurance, their prices are far more competitive than other Finnish insurance companies and their staff offer excellent, friendly support. The website is easy to access and navigate too.
