I needed to change my car insurance to an If from another company. The agent I talked to did it in less than an hour. She led me through the whole process with great patience. We have always used "If" for any insurance policies."If" insurance is really good. My friend took out insurance for his housing from them. Customer support team and company representatives was great , very supportive and helpful. He highly recommend them as me!I appreciate quick responses to my inquiries and those of my friend. It's also easy to fill out claims for damages and make changes to insurance policies.I was also pleasantly surprised by very short waiting time when I needed to talk to specialist on the phone to get advice.Honestly, year ago, I decided to combine all my property and accident insurance into the If insurance company. Well... I can't name a single case where this company has failed me. Therefore, I was very pleased with the product and service and would strongly recommend "If" Insurance to anyone who wants to cooperate with a convenient and reliable insurance company.For example, when my car broke down few month ago, I got an extra car to use when my own car was under repair, and customer service was fast
It feels like If Insurance assumes everyone here speaks Finnish. I’ve always bought annual travel insurance from different countries, and when I moved to Finland last year, I got an annual policy with If. But once my contract ended, I started getting monthly invoices (in Finnish, of course) and was being charged until I canceled it—no one told me it would automatically renew like this. With my past travel insurance policies, they just ended when the contract was up, no extra charges.While If does offer English-speaking agents, all the paperwork—including the contract—is still in Finnish. This means if there’s an error, like the wrong date or something, I wouldn’t even know about it. If they don’t want to provide documents in English, it would probably make more sense for them to focus on Finnish and Swedish-speaking customers.
Horrible. I never got the help I needed and there was always some interpretation of the insurance rules that favoured them. Many times they totally screwed me over. Do not use this company when there are way better and reliable insurance companies. They will just rob you.
The front bumper of the car was damaged more than 3 months ago. I informed the insurance, then they directed me to a repair shop, after which they made an appointment and then canceled it. This happened twice, and I have now been waiting for the car to be repaired for more than 3 months, and I wasted a lot of money because I have a job and at the same time I am a student, and I had to take a taxi to work and to the place of study, and this has been the case for 3 months, and because they gave me a new appointment, it was a bad experience.
