Towards the end of 2025, I purchased some replacement parts for my Xbox controllers. I was a bit surprised to see they were listed as “used,” which seemed unusual for replacement components, but I decided to give them a try anyway.Unfortunately, all three of the identical parts I ordered — which were meant to fix the common issues Xbox controllers tend to have — failed within a week, if not sooner. They broke just like the original faulty parts they were supposed to replace.It was very disappointing and honestly quite embarrassing, especially after putting in the effort to install them. I definitely won’t be buying from this seller again.
