Your worker was not transparent when he knocked on my door asking to see my Duke energy bill. He got my account number and CHANGED MY SERVICE TO IGS WITHOUT MY CONSENT COSTING ME MORE MONEY EACH MONTH.
I hear people are upset regarding this action and also because apparently Duke Energy contracted this company and changed people’s services costing everyone more money. I think a class action lawsuit is appropriate!
A salesman approached us at our door and told us that our utilities were flagged due to changes to our variable Choice rates. I was hesitant and wanted to check my files. The salesman looked right at my bills and said that my rate increased. He convinced us to sign up for IGSEnergy. I am over 70, my husband is 80, this Company took advantage of us and I am still working on trying to get my Fixed rate back on our natural gas.
