Will never order from here again. Typical dropshipping ”company”. I have asked them for 3 weeks for receipt in pdf, first answer I got was that they dont need to pay taxes? I didn’t care as I needed it for our declaration. (We are not allowed to print our orderconfirmation) and then they they would be like ”oh we will just send an reminder to our economy-department”.
And as I am writing this, my order still haven’t received yet. I wish I had read about their recensions before I ordered.

Good products but lousy shipping. They said that the demand is so high that they don’t have any in stock (this is after I placed my order) and it was sent from China and now I have to pay more than 100 SEK in customs… I had not ordered from them if I knew that this would be the case.
Not happy with the screen protectors.I ordered a clear screen protector bit recieved the privacy screen protector.Contacted iguard and they sent me a clear one.Decided to have the privacy protector on as long as it lasted. It was very sensitive and got scratches easily, but still had it on.Put on the clear one like one week ago. Dropped my phone today and cracks all over the protector… I have never seen a screen protector this sensitive… And it was not even a high fall for the phone..Will buy another one now with better quality!This drop shipping protector is simply not good at all…
Delivery over 1 month, I have not received the order yet but a least it’s on the way. Tracking is from China so iGuard a low quality dropshipper store. If I were you I should stay away and just order from a well-known store. Which I should have done as well. Now let’s see if it will arrive.Order date: 14 September Today: 2 October and still not arrived
As happy as I am with the product and with getting a free replacement, I want to give iGuard five stars. But with the instructions on the pack being unclear and for another version of protector, plus extremely slow (8 days) email responsiveness when my first one was faulty, I can't yet give them the top grade.Using a 28° Antispy protector on an S24 Ultra, the protector makes the phone way less grimy from every day use, something I noticed immediately when taking it off and using the phone a day without it. Don't know about the scratch resistance yet, but the protector feels solid and I like how the screen looks with it on. It wasn't easy to put on and the instructions on the pack was for another product, so I recommend to look online to find the instruction videos. Make sure you're watching the right one.Fingerprint sensitivity is WAY down, and it's taken me a while to understand how I need to apply my finger for unlocking the phone in one go (in case you're wondering, make sure to turn off touch sensitivity before applying the protector, register all fingerprints, apply the protector and then turn on the sensitivity. Apply the finger slowly and fully rather than trying to press hard). Not sure if other protectors do this better, and I could only imagine that an optical fingerprint reader phone would be preferable.I had some problems with the first protector sent, which had a notch in it, and they immediately sent a replacement after I provided a photo of it. Unfortunately, however, they didn't actually respond to the email, confirming that the replacement was sent, which left me sending three more emails complaining before somebody actually told me that a replacement already had been sent. This was eight days later!iGuard: Your product is great, but email responsiveness is definitely something that could be improved, along with providing either better instructions on the pack or a QR code/link to the online instruction videos.
Iguard was very helpful before I received the product and responded quickly when I asked why my delivery was delayed. However, once I finally received the product, I was unfortunately not satisfied with the result. I carefully followed all their tips, advice, and instructions on how to apply the glass to the phone. Despite this, bubbles appeared. I tried again using their recommended methods to remove the bubbles, but they did not go away.When I then contacted them again to file a complaint about the product, I received no response at all. It went completely silent, and I did not get any help. I would have wished for a new opportunity to apply the protector without bubbles. I do like the product itself and appreciate the antispy feature, but the bubbles along several sides of the phone disturb the overall impression a lot.
