Recently, we subscribed to the Unlimited Plan with HostingRaja. However, we are not satisfied with the service provided. As per your refund policy, we requested a refund, but your team has neither provided a proper solution nor processed the refund amount. We are very disappointed with the support and overall experience.
Please look into this matter at the earliest.
I had a very frustrating experience with support. Numerous promises were made prior to my purchase, but after payment, the account manager dismissed my requests and failed to provide a proper resolution. I bought a VPS hosting plan that included specific features. Before activation, I made it clear that I needed WHM with multiple cPanel accounts. Despite notifying the account manager right away: My request was delayed for several days. I received vague replies such as “I am trying.” Ultimately, my modification was denied without any clear explanation. When I sought to escalate the issue, it was sidestepped. Additionally, I received conflicting information — one representative claimed Imunify was included for free, yet I was charged for it, raising concerns about misrepresentation or incorrect billing. As a technical professional and a long-time user for multiple clients, I found the handling of my own request to be unprofessional. The issue remains unresolved. Overall, a disappointing experience.
My experience with this service has been very unsatisfactory due to inadequate customer support, unfulfilled commitments, and billing issues. The support team continually makes empty promises. I was assured multiple times that the relevant department would reach out to me within 10–15 minutes, but no one ever followed up, despite several attempts on my part. This reflects a significant lack of accountability and professionalism. The billing and customer relations department is exceptionally poor. After I deleted my cPanel, the accounting was mishandled. Although my invoice was corrected last month after numerous follow-ups, this month the service generated an outdated invoice with an inflated and incorrect amount. I contacted the customer relations department about this issue but did not receive any response. I also observed that incorrect higher amounts were deducted in prior years, which raises serious trust issues. I have previously worked with several other providers and, in comparison, this service offers the least satisfactory support and billing experience. In the past, when the company operated under a different name, the service quality was significantly better. Due to false commitments, poor billing practices, and lack of communication, I cannot recommend this service.
