The hearing aids had a constant whistling sound despite adjusting settings and trying different ear pieces. It was agreed on 10/10/25 that I would receive a refund, yet as of today, 07/12/25, I have received nothing, and they have stopped replying to my emails. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service.
I placed an order for hearing aids on 10th October for £89.00 and am still waiting for delivery. I've followed up multiple times and initially received responses. Now that I want to cancel, there has been no reply from the service! I wish I had checked reviews before making this order—please steer clear of this company.
AVOID! My order of earpods never arrived. While I received a tracking number, the delivery service indicated I should contact the sender due to issues with the package. I've noticed that the links to their website are now inactive, leading me to believe I've been scammed. I will never purchase from an advertisement on social media again—lesson learned!
I placed an order. On 8th October I was advised it was out for deliver. 20th October I emailed to say I had not recieved order. I had a reply giving tracking number which never worked. After sending various reminders to them weekly and geting a generated automatic responce it will be looked into. 6th November was last auto reply i got. I had even by then requested my money back or my order. I have heard nothing since. Today is 10th December I have come to the conclusion they are just scammers. I certainly would not recomend them and I tell everyone I know to avoid them.
I placed an order with this company and then looked at some of the reviews to find out that the majority of the customers were very dissatisfied with the services. I immediately email them within the hour to to cancel my order immediately, and to seek full refund of my money back into my bank account.To date. I have sent several emails back to try and seek getting my full refund. But it just falls on deaf ears, and I've had absolutely no reply back whatsoever.So now I'm going to have to take it up with my bank account to see if they can refund me my money? Because I never got any item delivered. But I got invoiced for the goods not received.
After initially being pleased with my purchase first one and the the other failedMy initial contact with the company concerning this appeared positive being told that replacement aids would be sent but to retain the original ones. After this and with no sign of the replacements I contacted them again and was told the despatch team had been told to ensure the replacements worked.After a few more weeks I contacted them again but only received an email saying this would be passed to one of their team. Again I waited and then contacted them with the same result. They obviously don't actually do anything to help you I would advise anyone to think a second time before buying!
I ordered aids from IHearmore at a cost of £197+£24 extended guarantee. After weeks of waiting I did not receive the aids. Contacted ELENA by email and she said they were on the way. After a few weeks they still had not arrived. Contacted Elena again and said I was not satisfied so I wanted a full Refund of £221 which she said she would action straight away. After more weeks I had still not received either the aids or the refund. I then contacted my Credit Card provider and they refunded my £221 immediately and stated they would continue pursuing the £221. I have since heard from my Credit Card company a they say that SP IHearmore are challenging the refund. The Credit Card company stated they have sufficient information regarding this case and will continue recovering the £221. At 89 years old I deeply appreciate my Credit Card company’s help.
The product didn't work and I was offered a 50% refund if I didn't want to pay the cost to return them. That was months ago and despite many promises that the refund was waiting processing absolutely nothing and now the emails are being ignored completely. 100% SCAM!20/08/2025Thanks for your message, and apologies for the confusion in my last reply.
