I bought a pair of reflective chaps and a mesh 2 piece to go with the chaps, I received my 2 piece no problem, but I ordered them together, so when I received one product and not the other I immediately called iheartraves customer service. The lady on the phone assured me the items were still on there way and had shipped separately even though I told her the tracking number stated both items were shipped together. A couple weeks pass and I see no sign of my chaps in the mail. I call the customer service team again and repeat exactly what I had told the first woman I spoke with. This new woman tells me they have record that I received both the items in the mail a month ago on the same day I called the first time! I was in such shock, I asked if she could just send me the chaps because I desperately still wanted them and she says she can, but then she checks and they’re completely out of stock! Now I have half of an outfit that was completely overpriced anyway and I only ordered because I was anticipating owning the chaps. The customer service team was not willing to help nor seemed apologetic for the mix up. I felt like they did not care about my business, only about getting my almost $50 for a product that was never shipped.
I would give 0 stars if it was an option, I ordered 2 tank tops, I was sent t shirts , I called customer service they said they would re ship...ok but then they sent me t shirts again not only that but 2 with the identical print this time. So they screwed up my order worse the 2nd time. Do not buy from this company obviously they have no clue on what they are doing
Of the 5 things I ordered, 1 thing didn't fit properly. I don't own a printer so it was a HUGE ordeal to get the return label printed. When I talked to the first person about returns, no one mentioned I wouldn't be getting the full amount back. I paid $18.95 originally for said pants and received $13.56 back. Apparently, if you want all your money back, you need to rip a giant hole in them and say they sent you a defective item. All in all, I paid to have the stuff shipped, then I paid to ship it back, just to get shorted money. I just would have had them altered had I known they were going to rip me off.
Look, I love iHeartRaves clothing. As a frequent festival goer, I can say that their clothes are a staple and pretty good quality for the price. I own a lot of their apparel and haven't had any issues with the products. HOWEVER, their customer service really needs some work. I tried to exchange two items because the sizing was off, but they never sent me a confirmation. When I tried checking in, the lady told me it was because I never sent my items in. But they're supposed to send me a confirmation and a shipping label first!! Then I just asked for a refund instead of an exchange because the sizes I wanted had sold out. She said they'd process in 3-5 days. It's been a month and I still never got my refund or any other word from their service reps. If you're just ordering with no rush and you know for sure the sizing will work, this place is fine. Their clothes are cute and prices are fair. However, beware if you need any special assistance (i.e. sizing exchange, faster shipping, refunds, etc.) ......
Honestly don't know where to begin. After a 20 thread email and multiple phone calls of my 2 orders never being received and another 1 order of paying extra for Express overnight shipping and not receiving it until a week later...there was really no help by calling, emailing andchatting with customer support. They offered store credit but why would I ever want to buy from a site where its inconsistency and ignored messages are to the point of just regurgitated CRs. I was initially told I'd get a refund and then was told no, but would reship, however these items are now out of stock and I no longer needed them because I bought them for a festival. This issue got escalated to Gabby the manager, but I still never received any response or answers when I called her during business hours. Complete mess.
Ordered two bodysuits for an event and ended up loving the first one I tried on so I returned the second one because I'm very short on cash right now. Long story short, I get an email saying that I received a gift card instead of getting my money back and when I called and asked about it they said it had been stained, which is absolutely ridiculous because I never even tried it on. Extremely upset at how they handled the situation and unfortunately won't be purchasing from this website any more.
I Needed My order fast. So I contacted their customer service and I was helped beyond my expectations. The order came whitin a week and a half and I live in Belgium. I’m also super happy with the products and their quality. The only thing stopping me to buy as much as I want are the shipping fee’s. I had to pay 30 euro and again 30 euro when it came through customs. Of course the cheap prices may make up for it.
