Hi. I am unable to use ikman. lk services in qatar right now. During past few months it has been worked fine. Today can not access ikman. lk services. It's appear error 403.access is denied. Kindly help me out of this issue to use ikman. lk. Services. I will be much grateful if you could solve this issue. I am waiting for your response.
Excellent customer service!My customer service benchmark for Sri Lankan companies is set very low. I bothered them multiple times as I was struggling with certain issues with an advert I was posting, these guys pleasantly surprised me with their very patient and friendly attitude, each time.
Order ID 522343 I have ordered electric cooker through ikman.lk on 28 th expected delivery 1-2 days as mentioned in the advertisement. I already make a card payment and my mom received a call that said please pay then they can deliver. We have contact by phone and email ikman.lk more than 8 times.After that today we contact the seller they told us only 2 pieces left. And also ikman yesterday confirmed our payment gone through but very poor service they not send that email to the seller to deliver it.Very bad service and I’m not recommending ikman.lk to anyone.How many time we called them and email them only they can tell we will investigate the issue and will let you know after4 hours.no need to investigate punctuality and good customer service helps to keep your business.
I saw a recent (2hours ago) ad on ikman.lk and its price was 3500 on ad. then I called their phone number and asked for buying and he says the price was Rs.5900. then I reported the ad because it was a misleading price. then ikmanlk customer service sends me a mail and ask me a proof for changing the ad. then i send back a mail to say and ask I have my call record and how can i send you. that's all they never reply me back. for now 7 days. my opinion ikmanlk protect these bad sellers and helps them to scam buyers because ikmanlk get money from these bad sellers
Tried placing an add with them but they asked me to edit it twice even though there was nothing wrong with the initial ad????I then emailed them to discuss this - no response so I phoned & they hung up on me, pathetic service.

All they say is "we will call you back in 4 hours", and they do not call back. Please note that it is 22nd of October today and I have not received my product , neither what happened to my order, nor what happened to my transaction. I will take relevant actions against this if you do not respond to me and wasting my time everyday when i call the customer service with the reply "our agents will call you within 4 working hours' ', we will inform the relevant authorities' '. Please do not waste people's time, either I want my product or my money back. Please take this seriously, and not as a joke. Your call center people say that they do not have the ability to check any translation related material. If they do not have access to that? Do you expect me to have that access level? Why don't you give a reply? EITHER CANCEL ORDER AND REFUND.
