They advertise as one free ad. And after taking an effort fill the ridiculous fields and they ask to pay. 14000RS. Why not clear that in the first place. But via chat version they helped me to remove my ad. That is the only positive thing.Edit: Thank you for the response. Make sure that you make it clear that you charge for those categories. This is not about the money I have paid enough sites with payments but if your website appear as free advertising in the search and at the end ask for money that is not nice. I have done my advertisement somewhere else. Where it was clear about the site and how it works. Thank you again for taking time to reply.
I have seen a post from this ikman.lk .I bought a phone from Kadawatha Smart Hub. But when I updated it at home, it didn't work again..Finally, they said they can't even pay me now. Never buy phone from Kadawatha smart hub.
I had to pay a large amount to advertise in Ikman.lk but after that they do not permit me to edit the add. For my complaints no action taken Worst customer serviceAfter my complaint to trust pilot Ikman rectified the error. Thanks yours is a great service that will make business men properly checked. Ikman.lk has no way end users rating a business or a seller. I think with so many sellers using online platform to scam and provide bad services, there should be an option to rate or review the sellers so the buys or service users can take a well informed decision. I recently used BR Rent a Car (B R / Boralaesgamuwa Rent A Car) listed on Ikman.lk and lost the money I paid for rental and they didn't refund or provide services. I read multiple fraud/ scam reviews on Google and Facebook later. If Ikman.lk had this option, I may have not got into such business and these business would also be concerned of their rating and avoid bad services.
Contacted a seller through ikman.lk for a product on 31/05/2022. We spoke over the phone, and on good faith, I agreed to make an advance payment for the product for same-day delivery of the good upon receipt of payment. However, even though I immediately made the bank transfer, the seller subsequently went MIA, deleted the advertisement, and has been disconnecting my calls whenever I inquire. I made a complaint to ikman, but it seems the seller has deleted his ad and become "untraceable." Very disappointed that such fraudulent activities happen and sellers become untraceable even to ikman. Writing this so other future customers are super careful when using this service :(
