This is a response to your last reply on my previous review.Your statement is inconsistent with my experience. You claim Impact never closes accounts without a valid reason, yet what happened to me shows otherwise.Impact told me that the brand (ManyChat) confirmed my leads were invalid. But when I contacted the brand directly, they clearly said they never confirmed such a thing and that Impact never reached out to verify my leads. So where exactly did that information come from?After that, I asked Impact if I could provide evidence to prove the validity of my leads — they never responded. Instead, I later received an automated message saying my case would be marked as resolved if I didn’t reply. I immediately responded that the issue was not resolved, yet Impact completely ignored me after that.Even more confusing, my second account, which had no leads, no actions, and no commissions, was also deactivated for “invalid leads.” How can an inactive account with zero activity generate invalid leads?If Impact truly operates under international financial regulations as stated, then fairness, transparency, and due process should apply to all affiliates. I have all the correspondence to prove that my case was mishandled and dismissed without fair review.If this is not addressed, I will escalate the matter to oversight agencies, such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB), for proper investigation.I am only asking for fairness — to be paid for the genuine work I did and to have my account reviewed honestly. Nigerian affiliates and all others deserve to be treated with the same respect and accountability as anyone else.

My experience with impact is really terrible and they now integrate Veriff.com for identity verification and after giving my real identity they Deactive my account without giving my payment and they didn't give you the reason why they deactivate my account..
I can see that affiliates are not happy with the current experience . Let me share advertisers' perspective. They use covert fees that advertisers must pay for slot fees, which is basically a legal way of taking money from your account for literally nothing. When an advertiser gets 10 contracts a day from so called publishers they allocate 1000s of dollars to the publishers and get nothing in return.
Awful! They are always finding new ways to avoid giving you the money you’ve earned. It seems like a scam. Now, they’ve added that I’m from Ukraine, so my account is under European sanctions. Hey, I’m not from the terrorist country of Russia, and I do business with many companies around the world without any problems. But here, they wrote the following: “Because of the Russia-Ukraine war, international sanctions, and/or payment method constraints, impact.com is no longer able to process payments to your account.”
I've been running a manufacturing for over 25 years, built from ground up. Over the years, I have signed up with many agencies and companies for marketing as well as hiring individuals. Some good, some bad. Some really bad. Including in some cases individuals who got paid and did not do anything. But none, and I mean NONE were as bad as getting involved with impact.com. I signed up with these guys just after pandemic, and spent a lot of time creating our account, and spend a lot of money on a managed project. As per their own record, we did not generate a single order from them. Although we may have had a few people brought to our site. I can live with that. My own decision. After spending over $35k with them, we stopped working with them and ended our account. Got an email confirmation. Then a few months later, got a bill for $5k since our account was still running. After hours on the phone and email exchange, got an apology and assurance that things were sorted out. Then a few months later, got a bill for $9k. It has been 5 weeks. I have been sending daily emails to all the email contacts I have to clear this up, and no reply. Simply no reply. They last email saying this would be sent for collection soon. DO NOT EVER get involved with this company. Consider cashing out some money out of your bank account instead and BURN it. It would be less of a headache.
If I could give them zero stars, I would! 9+ months trying to get paid and still havent received a dime!They've moved the goal posts constantly, do not communicate, and conveniently find a new reason not to pay at each and every turn. Genuinely a pure scam!
