EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INEFFECTIVE TECHNICIANS

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE TECHNICIANS SEEM COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT COMPARED TO OTHER PLATFORMS...IT'S FRUSTRATING TO PAY FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE...AFTER 11 YEARS, THE QUALITY HAS DETERIORATED AND MORE USERS ARE LEAVING THAN EVER...THEY SEEM LOST, PROVIDING NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL, AND THE TECHNICIANS RARELY RESOLVE ANY ISSUES ON THE SITE...IT FEELS LIKE TALKING TO A WALL...THERE'S A LACK OF UNDERSTANDING, EVEN WHEN REPEATED EXPLANATIONS ARE GIVEN...AND YET, NOTHING EVER CHANGES...

The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

The customer service is completely unacceptable. For weeks, I’ve been attempting to recover my account, providing every piece of proof requested, yet the support continues to send automated replies without any resolution. This is incredibly frustrating and demonstrates a total lack of professionalism. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter legally and through consumer protection authorities. Enough is enough.

The community is filled with scammers

If you compare it to almost any other adult site, especially a legitimate one, you will be shocked by their poor quality and pricing. I cannot understand paying for such a substandard service. It seems there are no moderators to filter out scams, and customer service is essentially non-existent. The platform is declining.

Locked Out of VIP Account – No Support for Days

I have been locked out of my VIP account for over 3 days. Despite submitting a support ticket and sending multiple reminders, I’ve received no response. As a paying customer, this is completely unacceptable. I can’t access my account or the VIP features I paid for. There’s been no communication or help. This has been the worst customer support I’ve experienced from any platform.

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM! My VIP subscription didn’t go through, so they put my account on hold and required payment through another service to reactivate it. I followed all their instructions, they lifted the hold, but I never received the service I paid for! I disputed the transaction, but they won. They put my account on hold again! I’ve had open tickets for months, but they only respond every two weeks, asking for the same information. I regret every penny spent since 2019 and will report them to my bank and local authorities.

The scam issue is alarming

The number of scams is shocking. None of the reports lead to any action, and they seem to multiply. If the platform addressed the scamming accounts, users would enjoy their experience more. Scams are ruining the community, and many are leaving because of it. If the platform were functioning well, they would take action against these issues.

What an awful platform! Terrible technical quality.

They can ban your account for arbitrary reasons and take your money. Eventually, I switched to a different site and found it much better. In terms of functionality, this platform simply doesn’t work. You might have casual conversations, but you can’t expect anything truly special or unique.

Difficulties in recovering my account

I have been trying to recover my account since April. Their support is the worst. They ask for the original email I used to create my account, which I no longer have access to, and they provide no other solutions, even with proof of payments. Bad support. They are making it very difficult to get my account back. If you are considering spending money here, think twice.
