There's a lack of proper support. If I receive my pending withdrawal, I would gladly change this to 5 stars, as everything else has been top-notch. I just need my withdrawal that has been pending for 2 days.
The positive reviews seem fabricated. In reality, this is the worst casino experience I've had. My withdrawal of 25,000 INR has been pending for 9 hours. I've requested to cancel it, but they are ignoring my request as usual, with no response.

When I raised a request, they claimed I filed a chargeback, which I did not. I asked them for proof and provided my own evidence, but now they haven't responded for 4 days. Please avoid using this platform. I checked with my bank about chargebacks, and they confirmed there were none. I sent them the email proof on December 8th, but they still haven't replied. Very frustrating.

I PROVIDED THE EXTRA DOCUMENTS, BUT NOW I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I AM IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, AND I WONDER WHO WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. WILL YOU COVER THE COSTS? IT SEEMS CLEAR THAT YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT YOURSELF. MY HARD-EARNED MONEY, OVER 50,000 INR, IS NOW UNACCESSIBLE!

I created an account and within five days, my withdrawal section was blocked due to exceeding a monthly limit. This is ridiculous; I can't access my own money because of their imposed restrictions. Why waste my time only to ask for more? Now, they aren't responding at all. I am in a medical emergency, and if something happens, who will take responsibility?
