FANTASTIC SERVICE

LOVED THIS TOUR! Fantastic service. We booked this tour last minute and Freddy personally called us and said he could take us on our own private tour since the group was booked full. I am so glad we did it. He was the best tour guide of our whole trip. He spoke very good English and told us such unique stories and details about the Incas.

Peru Soul with Heart

An amazing experience with Inca Soul, from the moment I was in contact with Fredy the booking process was easy even with a few date changes my side. The owner, Fredy greeted me on my arrival, and went through my schedule. The service and trip was personalised to my time and requirements. I took the premium package and the hotels Fredy selected were excellent and personable. I did a 5 day 6 night tour through Fredy's agency and managed to fulfil all the trips I requested. My trip was in February which is the month the Inca Trail is closed. Instead Fredy took me on a 'Forgotten Inca Trail' the Huchuyqosqo Trail. To be honest, I know from others experiences and photos how beautiful the Inca Trail is but this route was special. It was around 7hrs of hiking, with breaks and lunch. Stunning views of Urubamba River 'the hand the feeds the mouth of the Amazon' and Inca Ruins and beautiful paths to walk. Other than passing 5 locals and a few animals the trail was deserted. Why? I have no idea! This is a hidden gem. Then wonderful sites of the Sacred Valley and beautiful scenic train ride to Aguas Clientes to get to Machu Picchu. I wasn't disappointed, Fredy's knowledge was excellent and he was very passionate when speaking about the history. I can't thank Fredy enough, he wasn't just an agent or guide but an exceptional host with attention to detail and he made time to speak to me and not just see me as a Client. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you for making my trip memorable.

It was one of the best experience of my life. Peru as a country is majestic. Freddy as a guide is by far the best I have come across in my life. His arrangements and his service were top notch. He is a very humble human. We felt very safe and homely in his company. We were just 2 ladies ( mother and daughter) and we had a lot of time crunch but he made us cover everything. He is extremely cooperative and patient. He customised the trip on my special request as we were coming from India and it takes us 48hrs approx to reach Peru from India. This trip wouldn’t have been so good without Freddy and his team. We are still in touch and we keep checking on each other. Peru and Freddy have carved a special place in my heart. I wish him and his company immense luck as he is extremely hardworking and deserving.
