After spending a substantial amount in one day at a local mall, we were informed that we should leave the store with our SIM unregistered, and that it would be processed in our absence, which contradicts communication regulations. Unfortunately, that did not occur, and when we called for updates, we learned that the person who assisted us had left for the day. I requested to speak with the manager about the registration issue, but was placed on hold for over an hour. After driving more than 30 minutes to the store, we arrived while still on hold. The assistant manager and the staff member who put us on hold seemed indifferent to our situation, discussing unrelated matters instead of addressing our urgent query. Neither of them made an effort to assist us promptly, and it felt as if our concerns were not prioritized, possibly due to our background. This experience was unacceptable, especially as my son missed his bus to a sports event while waiting for the SIM we purchased. I urge that this issue be treated with the seriousness it warrants, and I hope for a response that ensures no one else faces such treatment in the future.
The experience was excellent from the inquiry stage to the purchase process. I was recommended to open a credit account, which made our installment payments easier. The service in sourcing the phone from other locations, since it wasn't available here, was efficient. They secured it for us much faster than we anticipated. I'm pleased with the support we received from the representatives; getting my phone from a different store was hassle-free thanks to their assistance.
Inaccurate Delivery Information. I placed an order on 27 November 2025, and the driver tried to deliver on 28 November. I informed him that I was in another city and would only return on 30 November.
Since then, I've been receiving notifications about failed deliveries, but no driver has contacted me to confirm their arrival.
On 7 December, the app indicated that my order was complete—how is that even possible?
Today, 8 December, I filed a complaint and received a notification that I should expect a response in 2 to 4 days.
I ordered three items, and only part of my order has been delivered. I have been waiting for three weeks now for the remaining items. Despite my multiple calls and emails, I keep receiving the same response without any resolution or follow-up. I submitted a formal complaint via email and created a support ticket, yet whenever I check in, I am told that my issue has been “logged with the delivery service,” but no one has reached out to me, and I haven't received any updates on the progress. I've also been told that my issue is being escalated to the appropriate department for assistance, but so far, I have not received any callbacks or communication. This situation has dragged on for three weeks, and the lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable from a customer perspective. I am extremely dissatisfied; whenever I request to speak with a team leader or manager, they are always unavailable, and I am informed that my details will be passed on for a call that never comes. Why should I, as the customer, have to wait while my case is under investigation? No one seems to have any information about the whereabouts of the remaining items. This is outrageous.
The delivery times are misleading. You must call them to find out the status of your package, and they show no concern for keeping you informed. The communication between them and the courier is subpar compared to other retailers. It's frustrating that they only communicate among themselves (with the courier) and not with the customer. Be prepared for delays in delivery.
I bought my new MacBook on 29/11/2025 and received excellent customer service. The representative and salesman were knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. I'm thrilled with my new laptop and will definitely return for my next purchase.
