I had a issue with the product, but CNCEST handled it quickly and professionally. Their response was fast, the solution was effective, and the customer service was great. Really impressed with how smoothly everything was resolved. Highly recommended!

I purchased a bike for my grandson in November. EVRI claim it was delivered even though it was left in the communal area of a block of flats, near the entrance.
I was sent a picture of a parcel no where near our door. Our front door is behind a fire door.
I reported this to EVRI and CNCEST.
I am still waiting for my refund. Now they’ve stopped responding to my emails.
I have never dealt with a company like this. I hope I never have to again.
I purchased two external lights none of which arrived.Having contacted the company I was asked to contact the parcel company myself when I complained I was sent a loss of item form which I filled in.I still have not received items purchased although they havebeen paid for 2 months later despite sending 5 additional emails which have not been responded to.Shameful!
Never by from this companyAvoid this company at all costs. They do not care about their customers. I purchased a bike (Order Reference: #UK‑24244) which arrived faulty. I attempted multiple times to work with the company to resolve the issue, but nothing was successful, so I decided to return the item.The seller arranged a pickup from my address, but the courier failed to deliver the bike back to the company. Instead of helping, the company used every possible delay tactic and responded extremely slowly. As a result, PayPal closed the case in the company’s favour seller after 2 months of seller not providing details, claiming that I failed to return the bike.According to PayPal, the seller told them that the item was never returned, despite the tracking clearly showing that the bike is sitting in a warehouse and has not yet been examined by the seller because it has not been processed on their end.
