I booked a return ticket for two persons from Malaga, Spain to Granada, Spain. Departure date was February 25, 2026, and return date was February 26, 2026.
The cost was 74 Euros for the tickets + a service fee of 5.30 Euros.
Renfe (the Spanish rail service) cancelled both legs of the journey for technical reasons. We were obliged to book a return journey by bus instead.
When I requested a refund from Railclick, they claimed that the 74 Euro cost of the tickets was a non-refundable "booking fee". This directly contradicts the identification of the 74 Euros on the receipt as the cost of the tickets themselves.
They refuse to refund the cost of a cancelled train. This is pure theft. Do not use Railclick EVER.
I am leaving this review because I still have not received a proper response from customer support after more than 24 hours.
My payment was successfully charged, but I have not received my tickets. I do not know whether the booking is confirmed, I cannot retrieve the tickets, and I have no clarity about whether I will receive them or be refunded.
This situation is extremely stressful, especially when travel plans depend on confirmed tickets. I expected faster and clearer assistance.
At this point, I am still waiting for a solution.
Systematic scam behaviour – posing under “Eurostar” branding and zero support.

Like multiple other reviewers, I booked through this website believing it to be an official Eurostar service due to the site branding and browser tab wording. During the booking process, the travel date was switched to the following day without clear warning, resulting in an accidental booking for the wrong date.
When I arrived at the station, Eurostar staff tried to help but immediately told me they could not assist because the ticket had been booked through a third-party reseller. I was advised to contact RailClick directly.
That was impossible. I called the phone number provided in the booking confirmation multiple times. It only connects to an automated Spanish message, with no way to speak to a human or receive help. There is effectively no customer support at all.
Because of this, I was forced to buy a brand-new ticket directly from Eurostar in order to travel, paying close to £400 for a one-way journey.
Reading other reviews here, it is obvious this company:
- Presents itself as Eurostar when it is not
- Uses a booking flow that causes date “errors”
- Becomes unreachable once payment is taken
- Leaves customers stranded and out of pocket
This behaviour is a scam. Avoid this company entirely. Book directly with the actual train operator.
This service appears to have no customer support. My train was cancelled on the morning of departure. No one answered the phone at the seller. I had to purchase another ticket through the original provider at nearly double the price. The seller refunded the ticket cost but not the additional fees and refuses to assist with the fare difference. Emails requesting price adjustments are consistently ignored. It's best to book directly with the original provider!
This service is essentially a fraudulent operation! They replicate the website and URL of a leading train company and charge you triple the price of the actual ticket. In the end, you only receive a PDF confirmation featuring the company's logo that states: 'Not valid for travel.'
Exercise caution as they falsely assert a connection with the train company. Modifying tickets leads to infrequent responses, and they often claim that changes are not permitted. It's advisable to book directly through the official platform. This service poses risks.
