I bought coverage and had a terrible experience. After trying to claim for a dent, they approved it, but no one showed up. They claimed we hadn't booked; we sent the car in and had to cover the costs ourselves. The management was unhelpful, and we are now pursuing legal action. I strongly advise against purchasing their products—very poor service.
I can't fault the excellent service provided. After taking out insurance when I bought my new car, it proved incredibly useful. Once I submitted the required documentation, my claim was approved in under three hours. If only all insurance companies were as efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!
Simple process professionally managed by Oscar and his colleagues, who were available to assist the claim. All stages dealt within the expected timeframes.
