Spoke to Ash today to sort out my gap insurance and starting it and he was so lovely and helpful with e everything taking his time to talk me through everything, allowed me to ask questions and answered them to help me understand everything better and seemed like a generally good person so thank you so much!!
I found an irreparable nail in the tyre wall and contact Ingeni for assistance. I spoke with Oscar, who was extremely helpful. Oscar advised of all the necessary steps I needed to take to submit a claim. From submission to outcome response (approval) it was about 4 days which was great. Full coats for the affected tyre will be reimbursed (within 30 days which my only gripe). Great service and insurance product.
