I had a small chip and called Ingeni as advised. Clair dealt with the call and sent forms out immediately. Easy process to follow with help and advice given. Only 4 stars at the moment as the repair hasn't been completed yet. But top marks for customer services so far
I needed to claim for a scratch to my front bumper and called Ingeni who explained the claims process and emailed the form promptly. My claim was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I wasn't able to provide offroad parking for the repair work to be carried out so Ingeni kindly called my local Ford dealership who recommended a local repair company.Once the repair was done Ingeni were quick to get back to me to let me know the claim for payment was approved. Altogether the claims process was very straightforward. The person who handled my claim was Oscar Fletcher who did a great job.
Great service from Ingeni. The customer service teams were really helpful and the claim process was straight forward. Yes you have to send lots of photos of scratches but that’s to ensure the claim is legitimate. Once they agreed the claim, the repair centre contacted me within 24 hours and my car was booked in. Really easy.
