Buyer Beware. This company is a scam. I purchased the Instalift device. It was made in China, and stop working within a short period of time. The company refused to warranty the product, and the customer service was a joke. No one responded to several of my emails, and no phone number available to speak directly to someone. Save yourself the aggravation. Buy from a reputable company that will stand behind their products, especially if they claim to be so great!
Scam scam scam!!! I ordered a DermaLight Ultimate LED mask. I was sent a different named mask (colorful led beauty mask whitening instrument), no instructions on how to put it together, the power cord doesn’t even match the mask. They are a complete joke! Do not buy from them.
I purchased the LED Instalift. When I received it, it was not working so I immediately tried to contact Voguenow through the support email. I have written them three times and still no response. I should have know that this may not be a legit company when all the reviews are rated 5 stars with a picture to each. They advertise 100% no risk money back guarantee, but I can't even get a response.
