I received a response almost immediately after posting my review, we came to a solution, I was offered 3 options, I chose the most attractive one for me, a discount on a next purchase, but it remains difficult that you don't get a refund. NEVER order here, products don't seem to be, the quality sucks, it's cheap junk, you won't get your money back, it's a big fake site, this has to stop!!!
I bought two pieces from Innovare Denim, a beautiful mesh bodysuit and a cute denim jacket. Both were made from quality materials and are comfortable to wear, the denim on the jacket is medium weight with a medium light wash, and solid closures. The bodysuit looks exactly as pictured and the mesh is comfortable and breathable. As I live in Vietnam I was a bit worried about the shipping process, but my items arrived quickly and with no extra fees. I am overall very happy with the experience
