DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They gave the wrong address to the shipping company, therefore the package was returned to them. They then asked me to pay £25 for shipping and processing fee, even though I gave them the correct address and it was the mistake from their side. They refused to give me a cash refund, and only store credit.

Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company. They charged £10 for delivery by the dreadful Yodel - who then delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Innovare refuse to refund me for this, despite repeated explanatory emails. They say that they "cannot" refund because Yodel have marked the item as delivered (complete with a photograph of someone else's front door) and that they "hope that I understand". What I understand is that they are prepared to lose a new customer over their over-priced, poor courier and that this is sadly, another Asian company that does not understand the standsrds and requirements of the Western market. Order at your peril.
