I truly don't know where to begin with this company! I regret not researching more thoroughly, but I'm sharing my experience to warn others about the subpar products. I ordered two items: a white shirt with frills at the bottom that was supposed to be longer at the back, and a flesh-colored off-shoulder top. After a three-week wait, my items finally arrived. Upon opening, I found the white frilled shirt had raw edges on every frill, already starting to fray. The dip intended for the back was sewn on one side instead. It's nothing more than a cheap piece of junk! The second item was also poorly constructed! I decided to return them for a refund, but surprise—no refunds, just a credit note (as if I'd want anything else from them) that would only be issued after they were shipped back to the U.S.A.!
What a complete scam! I plan to report this transaction to my credit card company, hoping for a better outcome. If you're considering making a purchase from this company, think twice!
I ordered a jacket on October 27, and here we are on December 4! If I can help anyone, do NOT order from this company for several reasons. First, you will likely never receive your package. Second, they use unreliable shipping companies that don’t deliver and don’t respond to inquiries. Third, when contacting customer service, they may only offer a partial refund. Thankfully, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they eventually agreed to refund me after being notified. Lastly, their customer service is poor, taking days or weeks to respond. Save yourself the trouble and order from elsewhere.

Beware of this company; they are scammers! I placed an order yesterday and paid for express shipping, only to be told I won't receive it for over three weeks because they need to make the item first. After paying for express delivery, I was shocked to learn they are just starting to make it now! They are dishonest and are just trying to take your money without delivering on their promises. Stay far away from them!
