Review Time
This is the first order I placed with Innovare Denim. My parcel was not delivered so, I reached out to customer services by email. I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact the delivery service. The delivery service told me that Innovare Denim needed to report the parcel as lost, make a claim directly with them and to issue me a refund directly. When I explained this to Innovare Denim, the same advice was repeated which was ‘Could you let your local post office help you to investigate the lost parcel? If they can not find the lost parcel, our advice is you can make a compensation request from them.’ After days of trying to get a refund for this order, Innovare Denim said ‘ we are willing to apply for 50% of the money to refund you as compensation. Or offer a gift card at the value of the item to compensate you and you can use it on our site to reorder later.’. I explained that I am disappointed I have wasted money on something I haven’t received and only being offered a 50% refund. Not worth the hassle.
I received a outfit for $172 that I truly lovedI manufacture in china and south east asia so I understand drop shipping and time frames ordered a pants and top for 171 dollars , shipped from China. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed: the quality was awful, nowhere near worth the price I paid.I immediately contacted customer service to request a return, but it was impossible. They only offered a gift voucher, but what's the point of a voucher when the smalls are swimming on me? I can stand with my husband in the pants that’s how big they are! The topMy nipples pop out of the holes of the t shirt it is made for a giant it has cut outs on the top for shoulders that land on my breasts Returning the items does make sense to send to china free returns but you have to payI never order with out checking return policy! They only want to give me a store credit gift card and send standard letters not addressing the problems I can’t fit in the clothing what is a gift card going to do ? The quality is comparable to Shein, but the prices are outrageously high.
Terrible quality sent from China. The design has nothing to do with the photos they advertise. All these good reviews are fake. Avoid this brand at all costs!! They don't refund, only give you vouchers. Who would want anything from such a fraudulent company? This brand is a total JOKE, AVOID!!!
