Ordered two rings; both were HUGE. I understand I take risks when buying rings sight unseen, but I didn't think the sizing would be so far off. More egregious, the woman's ring was not what I ordered. It was a totally different design. I brought this to their attention. They offered to refund the full payment after the rings were received - but shipping to Europe from the US was on my dime. Alternatively they offered a refund of 30% and I could keep the rings. To save myself the trouble, that's what I did. I'll give them as gifts but will never order fm them again, which is too bad, since they were very nice and responsive.
