Review Time
Found this company on Insta and really liked some of their designs, so thought I'd gift it a go.Really pleased with the items when they came through - simple designs and not 'in your face' and you can tell they were made with care. Good quality material (wire) too, although I've only had black ones so far, and they come well packaged and with good instructions. Have a couple of ideas in mind for gifts for special birthdays this year, for something 'that bit different', so will order again
I've ordered different items from in multiple occasions and have always been pleased when I've received them. They're lovely little features in my lounge and bedroom, with some given as gifts too. I love the fact Lauren offers bespoke ones with words that I choose, rather than just ones to pick from - my 'snore'and 'dream' his and hers signs are my favourite! They can take a while to arrive, but when they do, the quality and time that's gone into them is clear. Always found Lauren helpful and polite when communicating with her about orders.My latest ones have just arrived and yet again I love it. Thank you
Very disappointed with this business. My order has never arrived. I ordered mine in October 23 and still nothing. I emailed multiple times, and the lady said it was with Royal Mail. The last email I sent was 5 weeks ago and never heard a reply. Extremely disappointed and annoyed as I’d spent over £30. Will not use again.
Avoid ordering if possible! Had two orders with in other words designs and didn’t receive anything! I made my first order with her in October 2022 for some Christmas decorations. Which were allegedly dispatched in November. I waited until after Christmas to message as there were postal strikes, so put it down to this. I was told to wait a little longer in case it did turn up, and that they would chase up the order with Royal Mail. I waited another 3 weeks before messaging again as I had heard nothing. I asked for a refund and received it promptly. I decided to try and order again in September 2023, to give the benefit of the doubt. I queried after I made the order when it would arrive and told it would be posted before Christmas. It did not arrive! I questioned before Christmas 2023 but was told it could not be checked as I did not buy tracked. But didn’t even receive a dispatch email. I messaged a few times and after this, as was told I could get a replacement. After excepting heard nothing else! After constant messaging I asked for a refund, which I had to message twice for. Refund was finally issued. Would never order again! Wish I had seen the other two reviews on here before ordering.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PERSONI ordered an item in August 2023 and then again in November and I still haven’t received either item. I have emailed her several times. At first she said that my order had been dispatched so I should receive it in the next few days. After a couple of weeks I emailed and asked her if she had a tracking number as the items still hadn’t arrived. She told me she would get back to me with the details but never did. I have emailed her several times since but she doesn’t even reply.
I Wish I hadnt ordered from this person. After seeing so many bad reviews everywhere online for this company i am going to try claim a refund via my credit company. Thankfully I didn't waste hundreds of pounds on her items like some tlothers have! I understand she had a family bereavement which must have been dreadful, but maybe she should try to concentrate on finishing what seems to be a large backlog of orders from all the reviews, before advertising numerous sales and deals on her Instagram and Facebook account. Scamming hundreds of customers out of alot of money. Such a shame as they look to be lovely items and I'm sure she puts a great deal of work into them but this I am afraid is unacceptable.
Items were lovely but the shipping time is crazy. Made three separate orders during their Fiver Friday promos, one in June 23, one in July 23 and one in September 23. All were Christmas items. June order came in November 23, July order came in February 24 and September order came 29th of Dec 23. Communication was difficult and I often had to message multiple times to get a response. told of issues with local post office etc. the items are great but I wouldn’t order again because the lead time is too long and actual delivery is even longer
I placed an order with Lauren and needed to make a small amendment to the design after I had placed the order, which she responded to my message quickly and was happy to make the change with no additional cost to me. I received the item within the specified wait time advertised on her website and am very happy with the quality of the item! This was my first time purchasing from Lauren and I will be using her again! Thank you
Made an order in May 2023. It took until the end of July to be made and shipped (fine I though as they are a small business). 2 weeks after the order was shipped it hadn’t arrived, I contacted the seller as they were to be a wedding gift in September. I was ignored a few times but eventually recieved a reply in November 2023 where I was told a replacement was to be sent out! This replacement also did not arrive and the seller is now not even looking at my messages and is ignoring my emails too! It is such a shame as when I ordered with them in 2022, the products arrived no problem and were perfect! Thought I had found a good wee business to support.
Unfortunately I've had two bad experiences with this company - initially bought an item in the fiver Friday, bought in Sept to put in my little ones nursery before they arrived in March (6 months later)... The order didn't arrive until after they were born so I didn't have the room ready as I wanted. Then last year I bought a named stocking to hang on Xmas tree... I acknowledged the lead time... (12 weeks) ... It came and went ... I chased this lady into December, she replied on 20th Dec to tell me she had sent it out by Royal Mail on Dec 11th... which in my opinion is too late anyway as that gives less than two weeks on the tree before Christmas day? But the order never arrived anyway...Initially I thought I had just been unlucky with RM twice but given lots of other reviews it's going to be the seller. Shame as the items seem really nice but I'll be looking at other sellers for wire designs now as I don't want to be chasing orders that come way after they're meant to/never come at all.
