I came across this company on instagram and loved the personalised book marks. I ordered one for myself and for my sister. It was before Christmas so I knew there was a wait and I was prepared for this. When they did arrive it was definately worth the wait. I am more rhwn happy and have placed another order since. With more ideas in mind for gifts.
ordered late 2022 and didn't receive till late march. Felt like I was spoken to rudely when I said my parcel had not arrived after 4 months! when I emailed to say the second parcel sent out has not arrived it seemed like I was being accused of lyingalthough the quality of the product is good I would not order again due to the length of time and way my complaint was dealt with.
