Review Time
Another customer who wished they’d read the reviews! I placed my order in October 2025 for 3 items that should have been Christmas gifts. When I first chased in in December, I was told there was a 12 week leadtime, so thought they could be birthday gifts. I then chased again early Feb and was told they were “on the way”. We’re now in March and I still do not have the items or a refund. Have sent another email tonight to chase the refund, I won’t hold my breath…

I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering but I like to use and promote small businesses and so didn’t for one minute think this would happen. I placed an order in November 2025 and had speedy replies to the first couple of emails I sent even being told that my order was on its way on 13th February and should be with me imminently. It’s now the 26th and there’s no sign. No tracking details or delivery status and no response when querying where my order is. Refund requested so fingers crossed.
I'm so sad to write this as small businesses really have to work hard for their custom, however I wish I had read all the other negative reviews before ordering, as my experience was no better.I placed an order for 4 items in October, 3 of which were Christmas presents. I emailed Lauren and asked if they would arrive in time for Christmas and she replied quickly to say they were on her list for Christmas delivery. I emailed again on the 18th December to check if it was still on track to be posted and was told it was being sent on Saturday 20th December. I checked my account details on 22nd December and the status of my order was still unfulfilled. I emailed again on 23rd December to ask for the tracking details and was assured my order had been sent on Saturday 20th by Royal Mail, but she was out of the office and couldn't provide the tracking details, but might be able to send them over later on that day. The tracking details were not sent.Christmas came and went with no sign of my order, but I gave Lauren the benefit of the doubt to see if it had been held up in the Christmas post. On 2nd January I emailed and explained that my order still hadn't arrived and asked Lauren for the tracking details or proof of delivery. This email was ignored. I asked again on 6th January, and this email was also ignored.I waited until 14th January, so that it was over the 12 week time period advertised on the website and asked for a refund in full. Lauren replied on 15th January to say she was 'away at the moment' but would process my refund and was opening a claim with Royal Mail. She then asked me to confirm my address details as 'she'd had a few missing parcels from early December returned that have had address errors on'. I replied and confirmed that the address details on my account were correct and asked for the tracking details (for the fourth time) so I could check them myself or see who had signed for the parcel, but of course this request was ignored again. No other company I have ordered from has ever refused to share tracking details when a parcel is shipped, which only leads me to believe that the order was never sent.I am just thankful that I have now received a refund in full.
Ordered twice with this website, first time ordering it took 5/6 months to arrive after persistent emailing. I loved the order and thought benefit of the doubt, ordered again with the fiver Friday deal and another gift in July.. still have no received anything? Was told start of November it would be sent off the following week, since then I have not heard anything since.
Should of read reviews, Ive 3 orders from fiver Fridays, one placed in April, which was marked as fulfilled I don’t have it. One place in May for my mums birthday, apparently that arrived, and one placed in June (a pumpkin) I emailed to make sure my mums would arrive in time. I believe it has. I emailed again asking where the first order is as it says fulfilled, my mums order was not fulfilled which I queried, I was told the pumpkin would ship yesterday and she’d look into the one that I don’t have. Pumpkin hasn’t shipped, I’ve had no reply as to where the missing one is but the one for my mum which wasn’t marked as fulfilled now is. I’ll be taking it up with my bank this week for a refund.
