No parcel in the locker and the size…

No parcel in the locker and the size the door that opened I don’t think that parcel would’ve ever fitted so my parcel has probably been returned to a depot and nobody seems to know where the parcel is.

Frustrating experience at a local shop

Visited a local shop and was asked for a physical ID, despite it being unnecessary. The app clearly states that the code is sufficient. I had to make a trip back home just to retrieve an ID to show them. The service needs improvement!
