Had an unauthorised charge from auto renew. Contacted them within 30 minutes of it happening and they refuse to refund the money even though I no longer wish to use the service. Very unprofessional and the app is horrible anyway.
I subscribed to Kling AI expecting the features and benefits advertised at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was promised.
Several features were presented as “free” or included:
VIDEO O1 Model – Element AI Multi-Shot advertised 3 daily free uses
VIDEO 2.6 Model – Voice Control described as free
After subscribing, I discovered that these features still require credits to use. Support later clarified that “free uses” only mean access, not credit-free usage — a distinction that was not clearly communicated during purchase.
In addition:
Refund requests are denied under a strict “virtual goods” policy.
Customer support responses feel templated and dismissive.
Concers about misleading feature descriptions are acknowledged but not resolved.
This creates the impression of unclear marketing and poor transparency, leaving customers to discover limitations only after paying.
I strongly encourage Kling AI to:
✔ Clearly distinguish between free access and credit-based usage
✔ Present feature limitations transparently before purchase
✔ Improve customer support responsiveness and accountability
Based on my experience, potential customers should review the terms carefully and fully understand credit costs before subscribing.
I’m extremely disappointed with the credit policy. It is honestly unacceptable that unused monthly credits simply disappear if you cancel your subscription. Customers pay for those credits, and the fact that they don’t roll over — even within a reasonable grace period — feels unfair and exploitative.
There is no transparency or flexibility, and it gives the impression that the system is designed to make users lose what they already paid for. Many other platforms allow rollover credits or at least provide clearer value for unused balances. Here, it feels like your money just vanishes.
This kind of policy seriously damages trust. I cannot recommend a service that treats paid credits this way.
This platform is a complete SCAM! One moment they permit various types of image-to-video creations, and the next, without warning, you suddenly can't do anything without that ridiculous content violation message appearing. They do just enough to draw you in, but once you've spent your money, your content gets flagged out of the blue. Even the simplest creations fail the AI content review. Save your time and money—choose a different service!
I'm baffled by the criticisms here. I genuinely appreciate this service! I've achieved impressive results and produced wonderful videos with it. Often, I believe users expect exceptional outcomes from subpar prompts. It requires some experimentation. Yes, you may lose credits along the way, but that helps refine the results. Effective AI demands effort; you still need to think critically.
I purchased a one-month standard plan, and it hasn’t even been two weeks yet. I got signed out and when I tried to log back in, it said there was no account associated with that email. When I attempted to reset my password, I received a code, but still no account! Stay away from these fraudulent services. They’ve taken all my remaining credits.
I truly don't get the negative reviews here. I adore this platform! I've had fantastic results and created excellent videos with it. Many users seem to expect great outcomes from average prompts. It's a process of trial and error. Yes, you'll lose some credits along the way, but that helps you improve your results. Good AI requires effort; you still need to engage your mind.
I created a fun short video for the holiday season. However, when I tried to add a simple element like the year 2026 with sparkles, it didn’t work. I attempted it twice, losing a total of 100 credits for nothing. If the result is poor or non-existent, users shouldn't lose their credits. All videos and images made with this service should indicate how many credits the final results cost.
I cancelled my subscription but still had many credits left. I intended to use those credits for future purchases, but when I tried to log in, my account seemed to be deleted. I reached out to support but received no response. What happens to the $300 worth of credits on my account? Very disappointing service.
