I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB (Case #24466077) and the California Attorney General, but Meta refuses to respond. They are holding my personal data and memories hostage. Consequently, my accounts suffered damage and risked suspension during a critical marketing phase. This experience highlights the risks associated with this service and serves as a warning to others in similar situations.
