Edit: I am now being asked to contact the dealership directly. As an autistic individual I do not deal well with potentially confrontational situations. This is why I contacted customer care (twice) via email to no avail. So no thank you - I will walk away with a sour taste in my mouth and the knowledge you have taken my family’s money under false misrepresentation and I will never recommend you. Thankyou for your meaningless response on here 🙏

Words actually fail me. Avoid is all I can say. Had an awful experience with this dealership after being misled and mis sold. Cars are priced COMPLETELY differently in the showroom as compared to online (£21995 v £17500) so that their add ons can be put on (that you don’t want) all whilst thinking you have a great deal.
We visited very close to month end and quite clearly the customer is not the priority here but more the figures on the board!!
We asked for confirmation if our deposit was refundable - the salesman said he wasn’t sure when he knew full well it wasn’t. Because we were misled we cancelled our order and lost our money.

I have seen on poor reviews the request to contact customer care. Let me tell you we have!!! Guess what - no response. That’s right not even an acknowledgement. Shameful customer service in this day and age.

I was called by Pentagon Kia to book my 1 year old car in for service. I didn't book and decided to check. It is an electric EV and the service interval is actually 2 years or 20,000 miles!
When I called them back, they still wanted to book me in for an unecessary service. Only when I insisted, did they agree to check 'another system', and then agreed no service was necessary. This is sharp practic, bordering on fraud in my opinion (saying work is due, when it isn't).

I bought my car from Pentagon Runcorn Ford Transit Centre last year and the service has been fantastic from start to finish. I went back today for my MOT and service and once again everyone was amazing. The team are friendly, professional, and really make you feel looked after. Everything was clearly explained and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s great to find a dealership you can genuinely trust. Highly recommended!

Extremely Disappointed with Service

I have been waiting since November 13th for my car to be diagnosed. It seems the company is more focused on taking money than providing service. After keeping my car for 10 days without any updates, I had to ask what parts were removed. I’m considering legal action. I received a response stating that the staff felt uncomfortable and would no longer work on my vehicle. They insist I must arrange to have my car removed. This whole experience has been unacceptable.

Frustrating Delay for Car Diagnostic Appointment

I have been waiting for my car diagnostic appointment since November 13, 2025, and the car has been with them for a week without any updates. After not hearing anything, I escalated the issue to the complaints team. We were advised to take the vehicle to another approved retailer for assistance. It feels like there are games being played with us. We are considering legal action and seeking compensation since our business relies on this vehicle. We will also need to hire a vehicle to support our operations until the court hearing, as this situation is unacceptable. The lack of care from the team is disheartening, especially given the safety issues with my car. Many thanks.

Quick to take your money

They are quick to take your money, right up to the point where the salesman gets a signature from an elderly customer. I cannot recommend this service for an extended warranty.

Test drive disappointment

I booked a test drive for a specific model and received confirmation. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the model was unavailable as a technician had taken it home. There was no sincere apology or effort to reschedule, and the sales staff seemed uninterested in helping me secure a sale.

Excellent service, but read carefully

I traded in my diesel car for a new hybrid model and had a seamless experience thanks to a dedicated representative. They even handled the tax for my new vehicle. However, I was surprised by the tax rate change that I wasn’t aware of. Despite this shock, the overall service was excellent and the deal was a good one.

Concerns about service quality

Returning with a motorhome that had an oil leak and needed brake bleeding raises serious concerns about this business's competence. A vehicle should not experience such issues during a service. I felt dismissed when I raised my concerns, and despite being offered a free service, it felt like a joke. I’m currently dealing with health issues and just wanted a respectful service experience. I requested a partial refund for the inadequate service but received no response.
