Account access has been blocked and we are unable to get a hold of anyone. We’ve been unable to log in for days for an unknown reason and tried to reach out to customer support via phone and email. No response although we’re told to call. We paid for a monthly subscription and now are unable to use it. We are a licensed investigator and wanted to use the platform as an additional research method. We can’t recommend using the platform due to the non existing customer service.

These people have a man listen as a sex offender at our address. He does not reside here. Despite many emails, at one point they said they'd take him off but never did. When I finally called and pretty angry because they're liars they told me nothing they could do to call the police department which I understand and informed them. The lied to me, and gave me the run around. My family is in danger.Response to comment: I've already given you guys a detailed explanation MULIPLE times! The bottom line is you won't remove a person who DOESNT LIVE AT MY ADDRESS!!!!

I used their service mostly to see how much of a scam it could be. Paid up, waited for the results... got the results, they were identical to the free (and inaccurate) info you can find out there on other sites. Then waited to see how long it would take for the unique email address I used only with them to receive spam. 4 months as it turns out, yesterday the spams started pouring into that address. It's not enough that they charge you for info you can find for free yourself, they also profit from selling your info to spammers.

I am back again..wrote to customer service and not even an acknowledgment, to recap they took money from my debit card on a monthly basis since at least April 2022, I did not subscribe. I am sorely tempted to contact anti fraud services in the US, this company is making fools of clients who only and clearly make one inquiry.
