Changing passwords is boring, and time consuming. ThenI use my computer late..little time in day, I am asked to contact CSR...can't late at night.Suggestion: develop a more practical P/W system..like 2-3 questions that I would only know..other than that, 1 other thing when u chg your format and ask for added $..not good...Dave
