I originally wanted to try this service out for a few days and went ahead and subscribed for a month, in spite of the excessive monthly charge. ICM advertises "unlimited" reports included with your paid subscription. To determine whether it would be worthwhile, I accessed several dozen reports so that I could get a reasonable sample size and gauge the worthiness/accuracy of the information.After viewing several reports, I was cut off from the service with no communication from ICM. When I contacted support, I got a generic response indicating that my account had been suspended for "suspicious" activity, in spite of the fact that I violated NONE of their terms of use. I am not a business and every report I accessed was for someone known to me personally - no credit screenings, employment screenings, or anything of the sort.As far as content is concerned, I found some useful information but a multitude of inaccuracies as well. For the prices charged, I would expect more comprehensive and reliable information. But it is really the lack of customer service and inappropriate suspension of my account with no communication or legitimate reason that earns the black mark for ICM, and the "suspicious" activity was, in fact, on their end and not mine. I do not recommend this service whatsoever, and I am curious as to whether other users have encountered similar issues.

When you verify your email they say thank you and charge you another $3.99 but they never tell you they’re going to charge you that by verifying your email so they just stole $3.99 from you! They try and come off as some big friendly tech business but they’re just a bunch of scammers just another Internet let me steal your money scam! The entire process was a complete waste. I don't recommend them as their website isn't working and too many payments went through Paypal.I requested all payments refund just to prevent disputing those through Paypal.Thankfully all refunds were issued next day. 5 star isn't based on their website but rather on their honesty to understand my reasoning

Just another internet telephone directory scam. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They say the service is free, but they take you through a number of windows over a about 5 minutes, and then you must sign up with credit card in order to get the relevant information.
