Review Time
The last so called bouquet of flowers were a total disgrace. I got them on Saturday and they died on Tuesday. The roses I got on Valentine’s Day are still alive so they must have come from a different shop and I am very pleased with them.
Flowers arrived on time but suffered from shrink-flation - looked to me like a small bouquet not a medium and a bit padded out with twig leaves. Unfortunately the roses in the bunch didn’t last more than two days and didn’t open. Apart from that (!) the colours and choice of blooms were lovely and the rest of the bouquet is still going strong two weeks later.
I appreciate that Valentines is a busy period in your industry, and gladly accepted your alternative delivery via courier from your central warehouse. But surely, for the inflated price charged due to the season, if a delivery had to be rescheduled, in the name of good customer service & relations, you would send fresh flowers on the rescheduled date, and not the original ones, which were dead on arrival, and, for the record, one short in number. 12 were ordered, 11 dead ones were delivered. Very poor service...
Dreadful. Christmas flowers cost me £63 and were awful. My mother in law has asked I send no more flowers online as they are dreadful. They are almost dead as they arrived.
Flowers never disappoint as always fresh and well presented. Delivery always on time. Attention to detail and the information on delivery is very professional. I have used other florists in the past but will never go away from I interflora as I get what I see and ask for
The Valentine's Day flowers were well selected, a variety of soft colours and textures, easily transferred to a vase, and delivered when promised. And reasonable value for money. All round excellent service once again, from Exhibits, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Ordered flower pot for my wife for Valentines. Did not expect to be planting them in the pot too. The whole parcel was delivered damaged and the entire pot was uprooted.the experience really upset my wife and her friends also were shocked at the delivery . Am sure the fault lies more with the delivery service… but this is not what I expected or paid for. I have raised a complaint and I hope that they process my refund. Else this complaint will not end here.
On an occasion in December, Interflora issued a farrago of erroneous information, asdvisng flowers had been delivered, when they had not. This time Flowers were not delivered, and, no information was forthcoming.
We have relatives in Mexico and wated to send some lovely flowers, we decided to use Interflora UK, the website was easy to use as we ordered the flowers, they arrived on time and in excellent condition, they were so pleased with them thank you. Highly recommended

Email to remind you (as have used before), great choice of flower arrangements with reasonable to silly prices (take your choice). Website easy to manouvre. Communication to delivery excellent. Delivery people really nice to Mum when delivering made sure she was happy and put flowers where she wanted. I was sent picture of flowers delivered. All excellent
