Despite all the terrible reviews, the boquet actually came in the morning, fresh flowers and really pretty. Ive seen the bad reviews after i bought them so i was kinda scared but they didnt disappoint! My girl loves them and im really happy i did not get scammed
I had a terrible experience with this business. I ordered flowers for my niece and received a confirmation email, so I expected the delivery to go ahead as promised.
After waiting nearly 20 hours, my order was suddenly cancelled without proper explanation. To make matters worse, I have still not received a refund.
This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone.Extremely unprofessional.
I ordered three wreaths for a funeral that was interstate, and they arrived just one minute before the service began. I was quite disappointed. The flowers should ideally be delivered at least 30 minutes prior to the service. Other florists managed to get their arrangements delivered at least an hour in advance. Why can't this service do the same? If you really need to order from them, consider providing a false start time that's at least 30 minutes earlier. Their website will prompt you for the service start time, but if you give them the actual time, you risk having the flowers arrive after the service has begun, unlike with other florists.
I ordered 3 wreaths for a funeral interstate, and they delivered them 1 min before the service started. I was not at all impressed. The flowers should be there at least 30 minutes before the service starts. Other florist companies delivered their flowers at least an hour ahead of the service start. Why can't Interflora? So if you really must buy flowers from interflora, you should give them a fake start time, at least 30 minutes before the service starts. Their website will ask you to state the start of the service, but if you tell them the real time, you run the risk that the flowers will only get there after the service starts, not like other florist companies.
DO NOT use Interflora for funeral flowers. They cannot be trusted to deliver when it truly matters. If they can't support regional deliveries, they shouldn't offer the service at all. What we experienced was not just incompetence, it was a complete lack of care...The experience we received from them was disappointing and embarrassing.We ordered a funeral wreath through Interflora for a very close family member. Being interstate, we couldn’t attend the service ourselves, so this arrangement was incredibly important to us. It was our way of showing up and paying our respects.Interflora failed us completely.We received an email 20 minutes after the funeral had already started saying the order couldn’t be fulfilled due to a supplier issue. That’s not just bad service, that’s disgraceful. There was no warning, no courtesy call the day before, nothing. Just a last-minute email when it was already too late. Our family stood at the funeral wondering why we hadn’t followed through. It was deeply embarrassing and hurtful.They offered a refund and sent a so-called “upgraded” arrangement later that day. When we saw a photo of it, we were disgusted. It looked rushed, uneven, and cheap, like something thrown together as an afterthought. Definitely not what we were promised, and not appropriate for any occasion, let alone a funeral. I am completely embarrassed that it was even delivered to our family. It is appalling.
If there was a negative score I’d provide it.I purchased flowers on the website for an international delivery to the USA for a funeral. It was purchased ahead of time, delivery address accepted on the website as well as payment. I received a message TODAY, saying they were unable to deliver - totally missing my Uncle’s funeral. Disappointing and upsetting.
My mother ordered flowers for me for my birthday, delivery was to me in the USA. She paid 150 for them, and what showed up was a disgrace. 3 roses and a few cheap filler flowers, mostly tiny daisy looking things. My hand was as big as the arrangement. I contacted customer service and asked for my mum to be refunded or a replacement to be sent to me. They "contacted" their florist over here who filled the order. After days of chasing them, they finally came back to say the florist said the flowers were to the value of 150 dollars! The arrangement was dead in 3 days. Stay far away from this place they will rip you off blind.
Paid $150 for premium rose basket as a condolence for a family member. Specifically because they’ve a cat , I did not want any Lilly’s as they’re toxic. What did the get - a couple of roses and other flowers including Lilly’s. Not happy. 2 stars for easy online service and quick delivery.
