I’d give -1 if TrustPilot allowed. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Here’s my experience: I have placed an order and timed the delivery window so I knew I could take some time off work to be home to receive it. I have been sent the order confirmation and estimated delivery dates as expected. 2 days before the end of the delivery window I reached out to them to ask when will I know the actual day as I’ve been sitting at home just in case, not having received anything further - it would be useful to know. The first hurdle is - their response time to any request is 2 days! No chat option, no phone line.
Okay, I accepted the fact it won’t be here on time, it happens, things can get delayed. Then I get an email the following week to say they don’t know what happened and do I still want my order or do I want a refund. I said I’d like my order if they can give a delivery date so I can plan. I have then got an email to say my order will be dispatched on 25.2-26.2. Sure enough I got an email to say it’s dispatched on the 26th saying it will be delivered between 18.2-23.2. They must be time travellers to have the ability to deliver orders in the past. I still was calm, thinking that clearly this was an automated email, they must use a clanky old system, it happens.
Then today I reached out to the currier to try and get a bloody date for the delivery as still no communication or update was sent from ManoMano. The currier said they have yet to receive my order from the seller. The joke of it all!?! On my ManoMano account it says that the order had been delivered. It’s a £400 order and they are really making it hard to track, plan, communicate. I cannot tell you the regrets I’m having for ever clicking on them. They weren’t even cheaper than elsewhere, I ordered from them because they offered a speedy delivery. Ha! So now I had the joy of having to reach out to them again this morning, with the wonderful prospect of waiting 2-3 days for a reply.
A complete shower, firstly I heard nothing about delivery so contacted them to be told sorry your item was damaged in transit by courier. Also its now out of stock choose an alternative colour, so we did, anyway the delivery arrives in plain cardboard boxes no item description , I was away on Business so paid a joiner to assemble them, after he'd done them sent a picture they were the original colour and not the new colour , we changed all of our colour choices based on the new colour, after contacting Mano they just fobbed me off , what a terrible response from a company who clearly had my clue what they were doing, avoid .

Delivering to the wrong delivery address. Customer service is ignorant and talks over the top of you. Customer service will not put you through to complaints. Customer service do not actually treat you like a customer or give you service. Very rude customer service. Delivery address was updated on cart and paid paypal. Shipping it to my PayPal address is incorrect. This item is too large to be moved to the correct address.
Ordered a sofa - lovely item, I contacted their customer service to get an update on my delivery timeframe, Armel and Amel assisted me and were very helpful. Quick delivery, the sofa is better than what I expected, quick delivery as well. Will definitely be reordering
They use the SCAMMY "DHL E-Commerce" listed as dhlecommerce.co.uk on this platform (and which is not DHL), don't buy from them!Check on this platform the page for dhlecommerce.co.uk and you will find at least 10 pages or more of 1 star reviews, victim of dhlecommerce.co.uk SCAMMING manomano.co.uk customers in the UK, one comment after the other for the whole of December, it's endless.manomano.co.uk is RESPONSIBLE to choose delivery partners that are dependable and trustable acting in good faith, they should have done due diligence for instance checking for dhlecommerce.co.uk reviews on this page before putting their own customers in big trouble, it's basically the whole EVRI former My Hermes horror stress experience.Shame on any manager and entrepreneur putting their precious customers in the hand of those liars and thieves.I've been chasing the courier for 9 days and my parcel at the end hasn't been delivered and fingers crossed it will be return to the seller because accordingly to the other victims, many parcels got lost, that is, stolen.The courier claims seller didn't give them my correct address - despite the driver finding my door on the 22nd or the 23rd DEC as per first picture they attached to my tracking info.I had to chase them by phone many times to give them my address and after and to ask why they weren't coming despite getting the notification of delivery being postponed.I called them to give them my What3Words and also my phone number just in case they still couldn't find the address.On the 31st the driver came again leaving this time a picture of my door bell in the tracking feedback, in the picture you can also see the post it I put reading "DHL driver please ring the bell here for delivery to flat....".Even though, even this time the driver didn't push the door bell button because I've been waiting at home for them and I know it because I tested my doorbell and I verified it is indeed working as always.The driver didn't even try to call me to the number I gave them.I wasted my Christmas and my NYE waiting for a delivery rather than going to the gym and doing errands.At this point I give up, I'm not going to collect it at the depot because I already paid for the delivery and I'm not going to buy a train ticket to travel so far to get to the depot as they suggested to do, I paid for delivery so I expect the driver to ring the door bell or worse case scenario call me as agreed multiple times already with their customer service.This is my very first ManoMano order and unfortunately it will be the last one.Why a driver is not able to push a doorbell button or make a call or try to get hold of me and just leave TWICE is totally beyond me, seems like they're taking the Mickey.They're basically waiting for me to buy a train ticket to collect the item from their deposit and that's not going to happen because I already paid for the service they are not honouring.The parcel will be sent back to the seller and I lost £6 of shipping fees for the privileged of being mocked.This is London 21st century where a very basic service like a delivery cannot be accomplished, not even in the Middle Ages.The customer service unfortunately was useless as they weren't up to date with what the requested / I said in previous calls, was not UK based so communication was not easy and they're just reading from a script.I'm expecting full refund included shipping cost regardless whether the courier is bothered to return the item to the seller otherwise I threat legal action "Compensation for distress or inconvenience for prolonged disruption, considerable worry, or serious short-term impact for more than a week".
Great service!!!Used the site for the first time the other day, to order a dewalt drill adaptor.Price seemed almost too good, so i was a little apprehensive. The package was sent via dhl and ended up delayed for some reason, but after i had raised the issue, Megan from customer service was immediately on to it and informed me that she would update me every step of the way until the item was delivered. Fortunately it arrived this morning!!! Many thanks to Megan, as it is extremely rare these days to find a company with any form of personal service. I am very happy with the adaptor and will certainly be uaing manomano again!!!
Stay well clear when I purchased the order it said expected delivery date 21/23 so I didnt check progress until the 23rd only to read apparently it was delivered on the 15th. Absolutely nothing was sent to my delivery address. Stay well clear people!
