They completely lied about their return policy! The customer service representatives were curt and took long to respond and left me completely dissatisfied. They clearly indicated on the website that a return was possible and then went back on that. I will never shop there again!
Bought 200 euros adidas football boots intersport online and in 2 months they are getting peeled of the top layer and the sole is getting off from the actual boot tried to contact intersprt but looks like they dont give a f..k .NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY FROM THEM
Although the store I went to in Belfast had the product I was after and at a huge discount I left without completing the purchase as the service was so unprofessional. I was given the impression that I was an inconvenience to them.
Had a big complaint about the NL little sister. "Customer service" didn't even take the time to listen, didn't take my complaint serious and just anwered with "We don't ship to The Netherlands".That's kind of a rigid stupid mentality with which they have lost a customer.
Never ever ordering from Intersport again! Been waiting for two weeks already . The first week the order was not even packed and since It was , It is not coming at all. Glad that I paid already so they got the money but I do not have anything at All. Estimated delivery was 1-2 working days.. waiting two weeks and still nothing. Wow. A disaster
