I attempted to renew my subscription set to expire in December 2025, but my account is locked due to a declined charge from June 2025. I subscribed for a year in December 2024. Despite multiple emails, I've received no responses, and the online chat has been ineffective. It appears I will not be renewing.

I paid around $25 for a renewal, but the company also charged me an additional $85. I couldn't find their live chat facility anywhere on the website! I’ve lost trust in this company, and when I finally reach someone in billing to demand a refund, I plan on uninstalling the product! UPDATE: I got a link from an advisor to view my subscriptions, but they don't do refunds, so I'm stuck with this for another year.
I was contacted to renew my subscription with an upgrade for $19.98 for a year, which seemed like a good deal. However, they wanted to charge my card monthly instead. When I requested to pay the full amount upfront without automatic renewal, I was offered more expensive options. It became a waste of time as I couldn't get a straightforward answer. The software is excellent. However, during a recent promotion, an extra fee for live tech support was added. The company stated I could remove this fee by calling, but it was difficult to get them to drop it. This isn't my first issue with customer service, which feels more like a sales operation. Buyer beware.
