Review Time
I transferred my funds to IRA financials. They received the check few days ago . They didn’t deposit check into my account saying that there is no deposit form a week ago. I submitted deposit form. They waited three more days and sent me an email saying that form filled wrong. I called them took their help and filed the forms to their satisfaction and requested them to verify and the nice lady confirmed twice everything in place. Today , I received an email saying that forms are filled correctly. How come it’s incorrect I took their help and they confirmed twice. At this time I cannot think any thing but they want to keep the money as long as possible without any accountability, without interest and no responsibility. Basically my funds stuck with the company and I can’t use my funds. I don’t know what to do now.
Becky Scifo is an outstanding customer support agent! She is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I always ask for Becky because of my prior favorable experiences with her. Today I called and Becky was out. Aaron S. informed me she would return next week if Becky's personal involvement was necessary. But he offered to help in her absence and did a similar great job. I told Aaron that I now have a #2 favorite customer support person. Please don't loose these great customer support agents.
