I ordered a 49inch monitor on a Thursday which they promised a delivery on Friday. Today is Saturday and I still did not receive the monitor.
I called the first time and the agent was very rude, telling me go to hell and refused to contact their team leader - hang up on me
2nd time I called the agent was okay, but telling me they cannot do anything and. Ishould have read the fine print where they sayd this is not a prmoise while the UI shoes clearly it is a promise on their website
They are trying to win small and cannot be trusted in any case, if you have any other option to order from somewhere else, do not bother with CoolBlue
I ordered a selfie stick for my camera and it was shipped to Italy. After waiting for 15 days, it still hasn't arrived. I reached out to the support team for a refund, but they are unable to help because they don't know the location of the product, they don't ship to Italy, and they keep asking me to wait. This experience has been frustrating; I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.

The delivery service is awful. The promised next-day delivery never happened, and my package was marked as 'delivered' even though I never received it. After a long wait on the phone, I reached customer service, but they were unhelpful. I had to file a missing parcel report and request a refund immediately. I won't order from this retailer again and don't recommend it to others.
