After I received and rode my scooter I discovered a few problems, I emailed product support and received an answer immediately. From the moment we got our 2 Ix3 scooters for the kids back in late July, the experience has been amazing! They came in really cool boxes, they were already 90% assembled in the boxes, and they came fully charged! Our boys have been riding them without any issues since then! You can also notice these are quality made with all the upgrades that most scooters don't have.
